Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a unique authorization number.

  Prepare Your Parcel

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Dispatch and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once our atelier inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
